What will a 'Writings' session be like? - Anita channels via the written word, hence the name 'writings' rather than  readings. She will assume a light meditative state whilst channeling. This will assist in receiving the information more clearly. It will help the process if you are quiet at this point. Most people sit with their eyes closed and relax or meditate with the thought or intention that the highest possible information should come forth for their higher good.

While information continues to flow Anita will continue to write. When the flow stops, Anita reads everything back to you. If you need further clarification Anita can ask for this.

Anita is happy to pass on her own thoughts and ideas gained from personal experience if  you  find this useful. You will never be told what to do, simply made aware of some possibilitie or helped to identify gifts you already have that you could possibly use more effectively.

The 'Writings' are yours and you will take them away at the end of the session. You may find it useful to look at them periodically. There may be a lot of information to take in all at once and often we need to have moved forward on our spiritual path to gain full benefit.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Anita channels information from the Higher Realms in order to assist you onto the highest life path possible. She does not channel people who have passed on, so if you are hoping to gain messages from dead relatives this is not the process you are searching for right now.

Information is being channeled through loving Beings of Light in order to assist those who wish to align themselves with their higher purpose. Higher level guides prefer to give information concerning your life's purpose, soul's journey and spiritual path.

WHEN TO HAVE A SESSION? -  It can be most beneficial to request a session if  you are at a changing point in your life and are trying to identify any higher issues which may be involved.  You may also have some fundamental  questions about life and spirituality and be interested in finding the highest path possible.

This is a Free Will universe and you must be the one who ultimately decides the direction in which your life will go. You will, however, usually leave with more light on perspectives and possibilities.

PREPARING - Some clients come well prepared having thought about some fundamental questions they would like a new perspective on. Others have not been able to think of anything but feel drawn to make an appointment. They can be assured that Beings of Light have the ability to see us as energy and will know exactly how to assist us in the best and safest way possible.

A SPECIAL NOTE - If it is not the right time for you to receive the answer to a particular question, it may not be given. This could be because you are still learning a life lesson related to the question. For full benefit to be gained, perhaps you will need to learn through the experience you are having before you can move forward.
