Choose from our Massage Suite: Holistic Massage (holistic simply means dealing with you as a whole, not just your symptoms, and aiming to help you feel more balanced). Seated Massage, Indian Head Massage, Raindrop and Vitaflex Techniques
The massage experience includes additional techniques as needed and agreed with you that might help with your POSTURE AND COMFORT, FOR EXAMPLE IN SITUATIONS SUCH AS SPORTS AND OTHER INJURIES, PAINFUL BACK, JOINTS AND MUSCLES. (Complementing any medical treatment you may be receiving and with approval and advice of your doctor ).
Try massage using oils and far infrared heat lamp
We have 'Body Cushion' which provides additional comfort as you enjoy treatments given on the massage table
Trained in pregnancy massage (always consult your doctor first).

FROM NOVEMBER 2009 ALSO MIKE'S MAINTENANCE (Now in 2012 a popular little business).....in the Norwich area, the healing extends to your environment....thinking about decorating? woodwork or wood turning or something more decorative needed? car need help? kitchen fitting, floors layed, garden require rescue? ....proficient and experienced in many areas of maintenance. Please enquire. If you are quick prices are still just £120 a day plus a little extra for travel depending on distance (at April 2012)!
